If you search cinnamon spoon or something to the effect on youtube, you will see a horde of clips of people who fail miserably at it.

I have yet to see one person take down a teaspoon, it's impossible. You cant do it.

As far as boosting metabolism, yes cinnamon will do that. 10x? I dont know about that.
